Pioneer School of Real Estate - Whether you are new in the business, coming from another state or need continuing education Pioneer School of Real Estate is here to serve you. This 90 hour course includes Real Estate Principles and Practices, Law and Ethics, and Nevada Law. The course provides a study of law and implementation regarding real estate brokerage and the laws of agency. Students will obtain a basic understanding of the elements of contracts and contract laws, leases, listing agreements, purchase agreements, their usage and application in the real estate business. Real estate valuation and economics, finances and mathematics are also covered in the comprehensive course which meets the State of Nevada's requirement to obtain a real estate license. Morning and evening classes are available.
